HT 190 Cylinder Kit.
NOTE: the HT exhausts and cylinders are hand made and are made escpecially on demand for our customers, Because of the many orders and the growing company these exhausts take about a month after payment to prepare.
This kit comes complete with piston, two piston rings, wristpin, circlips, gaskets (0.25, 0.5, 0.8mm) and HT Combustion Chamber (incl. two O-rings).
When choosing HT X Tuning we will get the maximum performance out of your cylinder.
When choosing HT X Foot Widening we will widen the ports 5-6mm increasing the transfer capabilities. For this option your cases will need to be welded. If the cases are not welded the tuning will not have effect. (Original cases need welding and milling, CNC Cases only need to be milled).
When using an original exhaust such as Sito, Leovince Touring or similar OEM exhaust choose the
original exhaust
option.
When using a racing exhaust such as PM, Malossi, HT, PipeDesign, S&S or similar choose the Race Exhaust
option.
When using the original OEM 52mm crankshaft size from brands such as Jasil, BGM and Piaggio choose the 52mm crankshaft
option.
When using a 55mm crankshaft from brands such as Jasil, BGM, PM and HT choose the 55mm crankshaft option.
